Stories with Spine takes your privacy seriously, and any information provided through your use of the Website and/or Services are subject to the Privacy Policy which is available on this Website.

While we try to make sure that the Website is secure, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you supply to us and therefore we cannot guarantee that it will be kept confidential. For that reason, you should not submit to the Website any information that you regard as sensitive or confidential.

5. PAYMENT

Payment method:

We accept payment for the Services by way of credit card payment using Stripe, a secure payment method that offers the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

When making any payment in relation to Services, you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Stripe terms and conditions which are available on their website. You can read more about Stripe security here.

Your invoice will indicate that you are billed by Stories with Spine.

You agree and acknowledge that Stories with Spine can vary Services fees at any time.

Currency:

All sales are charged in USD, unless an alternative nominated currency is agreed in writing with Stories with Spine.

Refund policy:

All sales are final. All Services, including coaching, are non-refundable.

6. OWNERSHIP, COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This Website and all intellectual property rights in it including but not limited to any Content are owned by Stories with Spine and are protected by copyright law. 

Intellectual property rights include copyright, trademarks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind, whether or not they are registered or unregistered (anywhere in the world). We reserve all of our rights in any intellectual property in connection with these Terms.
